As per news released on May the 23rd. The trading halt will continue after May 31st.

The reason mentionned is they don't have enough money to pay the auditors. The deadline before the license is revoked is July 3. So if they let this go, your investment will be worthless. Tripp has the investors by the balls and will have time to leave with the furniture and what it has left before everyone sees for themselves that they have lost their investment.

I don't know exactly what Tripp's plan was but it was still very promising at the begginning and I can understand the excitement but you shouldn't fall in love with a stock especially when money is on the line.
