So basically All Telus Shares get Repriced
I have a big problem with Telus issuing shares at 1.50 under current trading Share price. It guarantees the Banks huge profits on a bought deal, at the expense of the existing shareholders who get repriced to the new issue value. This should attract censure from the SEC.

So basically All Telus Shares get Repriced That's what a dilution means. Doubt the SEC will take any action. I added this morning. My guess is the oversubscription will be taken up as well.

How do you figure? It looks like Telus shares are down about a buck from yesterday's close. 51 million shares is a lot of shares. It could affect Telus's share price for quite some time?
