Moving to Bell , customer service do not care about me being with Telus . I'm disappointed .

EveryOne in OUR Extended Family BEEN with Telus for 5 Decades__VERY HAPPY with Service BUT__Maybe a TAD Biased as WE ALL ALSO Have Been ShareHolders EVER SINCE the IPO in Fall of 1990__Which WAS RESTRICTED to ONLY ALBERTA Residents at the time. I totally agree with you. I originally bought 20,000 shares which after two splits is now 80,000 shares which is now paying me a dividend of almost $9000 a month and growing every year. I have never sold a share. As far as Telus service is concerned I have been with Shaw, Rogers and Bell and the service that Telus provides is the reason why I am with Telus now. Telus with out question is the best

Hey StockStarker__DITTO for me also !!!!!!!! I STILL RECALL How I Almost Had a HEART ATTACK when BCE and Telus announced INTENT to JOIN Into an INCOME TRUST__WHICH Would HAVE MEANT Forcing a MASSIVE CAPITAL GAINS Tax on My Holdings!!!!!! Luckily OTTAWA Got FREEKED OUT Too__and Stepped IN and PUT a KIBOSH to the RUNAWAY Income Trust Train !!!!!

I know what you mean. Between Telus and Brookfield Asset Management I am looking at huge capital gains considering my net cost on Telus is about $3 a share and my Brookfield is now in negative numbers. I'm definitely not complaining, it is a nice position to be in. Just hate paying taxes to governments that just piss it away.

Very interesting. I actually think the Telus support is really top-notch. We've been a land-line customer since 1982, an internet customer since 1995, and an Optik TV customer since 2011.  We've has some issues with the internet since we switched to high speed in 2011. Telus has worked incredibly hard on it, replacing components, digging up the alley to fix the line, etc. They

hey sarge, i've switched between telus and shaw a few times when the 2 year contracts run out. telus has a way better pvr than shaw so i prefer telus. a few years ago i got upgraded to fiber optik and it's great. as for that f*cking bce, i own lots of shares but i hate bell for buying up local radio stations and giving us programming from toronto.  one local sports station got wiped

Hey Leo Very interesting on swapping back & forth. Sounds like way too much effort for me. We used to be with Shaw for our TV until we swapped to Optik in 2011. I didn;t like the Shaw brothers at all and so was happy to switch. We've also never owned Shaw shares because of the "boys". I also don;t like Rogers so that's why we only own T & BCE shares. You will be begging Telus to take you back after Bell runs you thru the ringer. Been a Bell customer over 50 years they are the worst by far............care nothing about customer and everything about robbing you blind. Good luck with Quebec based Bell
