News trumps technicals, but with the RSI on the chart well below 30, around 27.38, it is oversold and due for a bounce. However like I saw, news trumps technicals so we'll see

ACTUALLY the Merger is NOT a DONE DEAL quite Yet. The Competition Bureau MAY APPEAL this Decision. AND the REAL Test Will BE to See IF the FEDERAL LIBERAL MINISTER Responsible APPROVES the DEAL
