I've added here and there but with this market it ain't working.  Is it the possibility of strike action?

 i mean it is not yielding much more than a GIC, so my guess is it has mostly moved down on interest rate.... the spread is pretty thin.... that said, i did nibble some at this price, half decent chance it's back above $29 in the next year or two, and in the mean time, take the 5.19% dividend....

Added a few shares last month. Probably still a good long-term play but short-term, need to wait and see how the Rogers/Shaw deal plays out. Telus has great infrastructure, but need to improve service. I would have left them already if it wasn't for the fact that they built the communications room in my building. I pay them $26 a day for parking when I drive into Vancouver.

There will be no strike. Employees have ratified the new contract by a 70%+ majority.
