Investments Galore

$28 billion in Ontario, $19 billion in Alberta and another $18.5 billion in BC. All in the next 4 years.

How are we going to meet these capex numbers? New stock issues? Cash flow? Borrow?

Is my crystalball suggesting a couple of spinoff IPOs? Health, Agriculture?????
Trust they avoid the spac route.....so much negative publicity around these days.
