Has telus EVER cut their dividend? AT+T hit a 30 year low yesterday so anything is possible I guess

That's pretty funny as I was wondering the same thing so I looked it up. Telus cut their quarterly divy in Oct 2001 from $0.35 to $0.15 to free up cash for internet expansion, etc. After that, it's been steady increases.
