Downngraded again and PT cut

Why do they keep cutting PT's on this stock, I mean last qtr earnings were quite good and stock went higher - now every analyst seems to be cutting there price tgt's to lower low's - quite bizarre if you ask me especially cuttinf the PT today on Dec 24th.

Yes very disappointing.. I am down almost $4500 on the stock. Not a good finish before Christmas  I will buy one more time in the low 19s and that's it. Telus can sustain their dividend so I guess that's what I will look forward to.  Very disappointed on telus for sure.

Fundamentally I do not believe anything wrong with Telus - its the best of the big 3 and had the best earnings from what I could tell of the big 3.  This sure seems like a bully move by the analysts to come out swinging and knock it down lower and lower when its in the dumps already, interest rate cuts should only help it also.  The dividend as you say is the upside and they have already

Bartno...I added today at 19.50. Still wading in here on Telus...so will continue to add on any further weakness.

Thanks. If bce can recover a little bit and telus goes down i will likely buy 1000 shares of telus with my remaining cash and then that's it.  Both these stocks are down so much. It is strange how markets work. Rates coming down and these stocks are in toilet. Usually utilities, telcos are in high demand and telus quarter was decent yet it's down from 22 to 19.5. Just wow.  Bce
