Apparently  Bank of   America  reduced   their   target price  from  15   to 13  (  not   sure   if  these  are  Cdn   $$   or  US $$   prices).  They  cite   power  prices   being   higher  in  Alta  ...more

Confirming   their   target   is   now   13$   Cdn    and  their   rating   has   been  reduced   from  Buy    to    Neutral
