I have held the Past 6 Years fairly equal holdings of these PREFERRED shares__except the D's
The BEST now with the RISING Interest Rates are the E and G's__as their Dividend Rate is RESET Every 3 Months__whereas the others are Reset Every 5 YEARS.
And WHEN__NOT IF__Brookfield finally moves to TakeOver__ALL these Preferreds will likely be REDEEMED @ their $25 FACE VALUE.
The Board of Directors also declared the following quarterly dividend on its Cumulative Redeemable Rate Reset First Preferred Shares for the period starting from and including December 31, 2022 up to but excluding March 31, 2023:
