I guess   the market   sees  the pending   overhang     or   should   I  say   hangover   of  shares coming  from   RNW

The 3.5% drop is in line with the drop for all of the other utilities today. EMA -3.3%, INE -7.8%, AQN -4.9%, FTS -1.9%, BLX -4.7% etc. The drop is a general market drop and not related to the RNW takeout. My own hope is that after the RNW deal closes and Q3 results are reported that TA boosts their dividend payout ratio to 40% with the dividend savings from RNW which had a very high payout ratio
