According to Auctus - For each US$5/bbl increase in Brent price, our Core NAV increases by ~£0.10 ($0.18 CAD) ( per share.)

think I used 27$/ barrel so at 65$ brent its 190M$ Cad -40M$ capex (probably high to sustain 11k) so 150M$ FCF x8 year payback 1.2B$ cad EV. Now when they get to 20k b/d or 24k or whatever and probably closer to 50M$ /yr capex that's alot higher. I got interested in copper I did ERO estimated a 135M$ FCF only to find a 2.4B EV ... so Mr market is calling the shots but oil companies are so ...more

The Petrotal charts right now are almost something of beauty. Nice support level at $0.325-0.33, and a late day break out to $0.34. Bolinger is signaling $0.355 and the way things are looking there’s nothing to say TAL is not going to test it this week. High volumes today; looks like people are loading up for another breakout.   If only we could all just hold, and not sell, we would be up ...more
