There are a few corrections to be made in what you say. First the community around Britana really have benefitted from Petrotal. Petrotal  has supplied electricity to the community, they have engaged people as employees,  they have provided scholarships to the local people. They have built a dock and a bridge.  They had already proposed a 2.5% local benefits program.
