MJH apparentlly lack of shipments/production is due

to tugboats needing repair or something like that. On twitteer somenoe posted a reply from IR stating this. See #ptal on twitter.

Tugboats are always going to need repair. The comment does not mention how many tug boats need repair, how long it will take for repairs, and what if any impact if any. Repairs are always on going in a project. A tugboat repair sounds any normal operational requirement. Nothing major like a project explosion.
