Things have changed since the last blockade.  Petrotal is no long at the table.  It has become just an internal Peruvian matter between the different Peruvian groups at the table.  The fund has and independent third party trustee to ensure the funds are utilized as intendent. We will not be seeing any more blockages. Petrotal's role now will be simply to fund the social ...more
