Petrotal undervalued

From Simply Wallstreet, fair value has gone up to $3.78 Canadian. A very good holding for a defensive portfolio, quite sure  top share holders will be adding to their positions.

TAL might be considered undervalued even with all its risks but a $3BB market cap is ABSOLUTE NONSENSE. Do you have the report?
