"Dr." Tong uses Taiga as his personal piggy bank. He has his *SON* IAN TONG installed as Chairman of the Board. Since Tong owns over 70% of Taiga via Avarga he calls the shots and the rest of the investors can kick rocks. IMO Taiga is still public for Tong's ego and nothing else.
