Struggling Sectors

This week, the crew at 5iResearch were asked which sectors have not yet participated in the current market recovery and what were their top picks within those sectors. There response was energy and real estate and one of their top 3 selections in real estate was TCN. GLTA

I think there is a huge disconnect within the REIT sector. Industrial and residential/multi-family rental have a massive tail wind and strong secular growth themes while commercial is getting slammed and rightfully soo. I think multi family has been dragged down with the latter and it's created an incredible opportunity. Rates are rediculously low and will remain low for our life time imho ...more
