AssessmentWould you please give your asessment of TCS' 3rd quarter. What has been their historical Annual Renewal Rate (ARR) % on their contract subscriptions?

EPS of $0.05 beat estimates of $0.02 and revenues of $43.82M beat estimates of $42.93M. SaaS revenue grew by 48%, which included the addition of five new logos, three new hospital networks, ongoing customer SaaS migrations, and the largest bookings quarter for its fiscal year so far. It also began a strategic restructuring which will improve profitability over the long term, and its ARR increased 16% for the quarter. Management slightly reduced its top-line revenue growth expectations for FY2024, however, it raised its SaaS revenue growth rate expectations and its Adjusted EBITDA margins. 

TCS posts its Annual Recurring Revenue figures. For FY2023, it reported $78.3M in ARR, FY2022 $62.7M, and FY2021 $52.5M. (5iResearch)
