Line 5 cancellation - impacts to TCW & others

What are your thoughts on the potential cancellation (shut down) of Line 5 by Michigan - they are saying they want it done by May. While I don't know how likely this is to happening - how do you see this impacting western Canada producers - TCW included? Obviously, this would have a crushing impact to energy production in Ont/Que & eastern Canada (& the economy in general).
