General question, but feel free to drive into specifics!

Do exploration companies typically partner with a specific drilling company, or is it more of a location-based or capacity-based or competitive bid type scenario?

At the moment with flat capex and opex it's lowest bidder. These guys are all trading dollars when the covid welfare bonanza ends they're all screwed as if TCW wasn't losing enough money already every qtr.
