Share buyback with oil market projected for multi year bull cycle. A dividend might be on the horizon here, but I am good with the buyback for next 2 years ramping up bring that float below 200M. 

Being watching this for a while since it hit debt free status. Companies are not crazy on pumping new wells but hey do have a small growth wedge and lots of well clean it work available. 

Time will tell but I think TCW is finally in a strong position going forward and who don't love a healthy share buyback protecting the downside of their investment.
