The shares are priced for the worst case scenario. Anything better than the worst case and the stock goes up. Really a no brainer at this price.

Totally agree. With all the automated trading, day trading, investor over-reaction to any news, the markets are totally wacko in the short term. (just like our Prime Minister :-) My wife & I usually don;t keep much cash on hand, but I managed to scrape up enough to buy 100 shares at $74.80. TD, just like BCE, is going to be more than fine in the long run. Ciao Sarge
