Toronto Duffel Bank

Any guesses as to how long this laggard stays in the doghouse?

Jamie Murray on BNN came and said he sold bmo to buy td. It's on stockchase as well I am glad. I am hoping this trend continues and people sell out of bmo and buy td Td should go up to 85/86

Until the SEC and AG make thier ruling on fines and any operating resrictions they put on them which is an unknown known.TD intinated by year end which they alluded to during thier last conference call but its out of thier hands which makes TD a dark horse.

I think the fines are baked into share price, unless they go for the carotid and demand an egregious amount like $10B. Your inclusion of operating restrictions is interesting. If that happens their US growth could be throttled for years to come. I'm usually a patient investor but I'd hate for the pall to linger for much longer than another year.
