Are you really that naive , as if Bharat came up with the idea of laundering all by himself , God Almighty there are some real doozies who own this bank and cheerlead.Ever occur to you that the BOD and Senior Mgmt were equally culpable and in on the plan. Judging by your post , l doubt it.

Negligence, YES.  But there's no evidence (so far)  that either the BoD or Senior Management were on the take during the ML fiasco. If you have discovered new evidence supporting your claim, then post it.
