It will just take some time !

TD remains a very profitable bank and has a solid capital position to ride out the turbulence.
 

they will keep paying the dividend and SP will vary according to global economy.

no bankruptcy here and it is the second Canadian bank. 
 

hopefully they eliminate all the internal corruption and bring back their reputation to the top.

internal audit team to be rebuilt and get the strength to bring solid processes.

Market  sentiment  is the most important  factor.. For most retail investors,  capping of assets, is a hard thing to swallow. This was in Global news also and it appeared ominous. You are right,  it will take sometime before the slide halts.  MC will  keep  shrinking with falling SP..
