A wonderful opportunity to average down. I'm certainly taking advantage of it. This is the first down day on the markets in a while. Timing perfect for good buys on TD.

Not totally true. One can buy into rising stocks and then get stuck holding the bag on a missed quarter. There is also FOMO at play too that can wreck a person's finances for years. Dot com was a perfect example of that.
