Guess what - it will be a mess!!

TECK is trying to ensure that any new proposal does not need to be voted on and approved by the S'H's - You may wonder why are Teck is afraid of the S/Hs having a say in any new proposal

It is likely whatever they come up with will be rejected becuz it will be significnatly worse the Glencore's initila offer.

Glencore should up the offer to $72/s and go directly to the S/Hs.
