The  possibility of Price and the Teck BoD coming up with something better is zero - both should resign

Teck B SHs will get whacked  thanks to Teck's '- cleverence

yea totally agree  management  has royally messed  this up and now the guv has there mitts in this too ..not to mention ceo sells 7 milllion in stock when it was at 64.00 totally not accepetable .... why do i own this stock ?,,,,,,,, it always fails in the end ....

you are right -- and the problem is and always has been arrogant and incompetent mangement. Teck is a good miner - but terrible - destructive to the company's value - when it come to acquitions, disposals, any kind of  deal making, financing etc. the company has really gone downhill over the last 12 years. Teck y want to be a 'major' a 'player' but just don't have
