When buying high and selling low makes sense? - NOT!

"In aggregate, Teck will pay approximately US$12.4 billion in cash and issue approximately 36.9 million Teck Class B subordinate voting shares in consideration for the Fording.Jul 29, 2008"

Let's see now -- they paid  US$12@ Billion in CASH plus 36.9 million B Shares for
Fording Coal and are selling all the coal assets for US$9 billion  ---hmmmmm ? 

(appear to be copying my buy and sell approach.)

Don't say you weren't warned about this dog's share price -- wbich s/b around $45/s - until saved by the governement - TURDO et al may finally do something right for Canada
