Share price and dividing up the 'Pie'
Say final price is say $28B -- Keevil will be get a minimum of $8-10 billion and the remaining $18 -$20B B goes to the 506 million B's -- regardless of any restructuring etc. -- may seem too simple but you have to be realistic
Teck.B per share $35/s -- no matter how you cut Keevil will not give up control A's ===> B's or end up worse off than the currwent price etc with < ( A's 7.77 M*$98/s) in other words has to be a significant dilution -- is there a better way to see this situation - what situation would the B' price be $60/+/s ?
Crazy mess!!!

Perhaps -- if its legal-- or allowable under exchange ules - Glencore could offer the Teck.b holders Glencore shares @ say $65/s --then deal with the A's separately? the ultimate cost to Glencore woulb be $xxxx-- ????

Thyere has to be a dilutionresulting from this chaos -- either in the form of TECK.B's or Glencore Common shares dropping in price
