New Analyst report on Timbercreek Financial!

Timbercreek Financial is the largest Mortgage Investment Corporation in Canada.

Some highlights of the company:

• Its revenue for Q3 was up 36% YoY! TF has been able to raise its lending rates quickly, as 90%+ of its mortgages are floating rates.

• Loan advancements were down 50% YoY due to raising rates, dampened real estate transactions/activities, and a softening economy. However, repayments were down as well (down 83% YoY), driving mortgage outstanding higher by 2% to $1.26B.

• Analysts believe alternative lenders, such as TF, should be able to grow their loan portfolios, amid lower repayments and new loan requests from borrowers unable to qualify with traditional lenders.

• TF's Q3 EPS was up 30% YoY, beating analysts' estimates by 2%
