It might not even occur. It's just an option if passed so that the company directors can use in future if they feel it would be worth doing so. It does not mean it would be implemented this year. Could be thou

who cares  what the number of shares is? the market cap stays the same - a company with 10 million shares at USD 1 is worth the same with 1 million shares at USD 10
