Ruffus - Good find and could help explain why stock can't get out of its own way and possibly why no insider buying as some sort of financing tied to this and/or Banfora is close to being announced. Mgmt would sooner buy into that and a possible half or whole warrant. Young did say news in November on financing for Banfora but based on his track record, don't hold breath.
