My Speculation shot down?

I had hoped insider buying was prevented by imminent good news but our major shareholder bought last week and while not unhappy to see that, my theory appears shot down (and again, current management not buying and minus these purchases, few others were stepping up). 

Even when a ray of hope appears, a swift headwind rises again. The life of a TGZ shareholder I guess.
