Given the total lack of love for gold stocks, the financing is neither fantastic or bad. We still need to see it close and the details before passing final judgment.

What's more intriguing to me at the moment, is the volume given Dave has not been a buyer for 99% of it the last several days. Anonymous is still puking hundreds of thousands of shares out, yet there are enough buyers without Dave - I like that! 

But to get back above $5, we will need bigger discovery at Golden Hill, gold to $1400 or both.

Agree that the deal has to close to make a difference, but pretty unusual to publicly announce a commitment letter unless they're highly confident they'll close.  (We all know what's happened with NSU when they didn't deliver on their promises).   Indicative terms are pretty good in my view.  Good reaction by the market today. The $25m for Golden Hill is an
