Sellers are drying up.

Not a lot of shares for sale from here to $5.70. Retail investors may sell some for profits because TGZ is moving fast maybe too fast today for some. A .25 cent jump is not uncommon for TGZ

Actually 05 there are some, case in point losing the enter gain into the close. But I actually rather see that, given how far we've come and how far away we are from moving averages. I'm more impressed with the volume and so long as that keeps up, price action is secondary in my book. I must also acknowledge TGZ has finally upgraded its promotion arm, and thankfully it's no longer ...more

I heard Young twice, in Fall 2016 and 2017, at Precious Metal Conferences.  He's understated and not prone to oversell.  Last Fall (when the share price was only a bit above $3), I asked Young why the market didn't appreciate TGZ.  All he could do, he said, was to ensure the company continued to deliver and, eventually, the market should get it because the outlook was ...more

Right now TGZ needs insider buying. Confidence by managemnt would go a long way on the street -  and bring TGZ to the next level. I still feel TGZ is undervalued and lagging somewhat relative to its peers based on fundamentals, growth, etc.

Roro1 Your latest post is to me, the fly in the ointment to an otherwise good situation. Dave Mimran stopped on a dime buying and the only reasoning I can assume is the price was no longer "cheap" in his mind (although his net worth shouldn't make that matter so I just let it nag me a little). Young and the crew haven't bought in years, and you would think if it's ...more

I get what you're saying SGC - but you would like to see management want to "show off" its confidence and buy a bit right now while the SP is rising - especially since they (including Mimran) have not bought in quite some time. It's all about perception, and there is no greater message managemenet can send than to buy into its own agenda while the SP is on the rise. Easy to buy ...more

One more thing SGC - you (and I ) have been here a very long time, and we have never seen TGZ (or OLE) truly get over the hump before scaling back. I'd like to see management at least try to be more agressive about that.

Couldn't agree with you more Roro! All we're at is where we were pre-reverse split and yes, we have seen us reverse before. But this Golden Hill and other area exploration is really special and giving credit when credit is due, the non-major dilutive deal was good for us shareholders.  Price alone has never stopped Mimran and he bought no matter what. For him to have stopped cold ...more

Maybe the reason Mimram stopped buying is because they are in the process of negotiating a sale and he is restricted from purchasing shares. That would be the only reasonable reason I can think of has Mimram surely realizes the stock price is going to continue climbing with all the good news we have coming our way very soon!

Although it'd be nice if there were an acquisition offer, more likely Mimran has just stopped buying. Last time he stepped up in a major way was late '17 when the stock price was low and he was providing support (as he saw a good future).  It worked and the stock has basically doubled since then.  I don't expect him to do further buying, given his already substantial exposure ...more
