Tax Loss Selling Today
My understanding is that today is the last day for tax-loss selling in the US., wondering if this could be pressuring THTX.

He might be referring to mutual funds tax loss selling but the average person has until the end of the year. Then again, there are virutally no mutual funds holding the stock anymore. But tax loss selling will undoubtedly be an issue this year since TH has performed so badly while so many other stocks have large gains.

In order to avoid that the stock needs to go back to high 3s also I am sure with some sectors been hammered due to covid19 investors would have equities which would much more qualify for tax loss selling than THTX so let's hope the company can convince the investors so we get a bit of spike in the SP before year end.

Tax Reform Act of 1986, mandates an Oct 31 cut-off for institutional investors to trigger gains/losses.. I should have been more clear.
