It is the WORST deal made in my investing period. Really can't find an even worse deal. 
How could they do that, with such a promising future???? 
There must be something we do not know, there must be something else, but what????

Really hope Mr. Dubuc is reliable ("bona fide"................), but one should begin thinking.....

The near future will maybe tell something????!!!!

For all we know, the CFO may have been against the deal and was overruled by the board. IN the end, the board is responisble even if the CFO brought them a bad deal.

I spoke to him about a year ago, he did address my question but as I was introducing myself as a long term shareholder who didn't sell when the SP was in teens his respond was well that's what happens when you invest in a biotech company. I mean if this is how he addresses concerned investors what do you expect from the investors. He could have elaborated on company's promising

He used to work at National Bank Financial so that explains why they are involved.
