That the investors are the reasons for the massive short numbers the last month- insurance....?  Severely disappointed that 2.75/3.51 was/is not the new floor.

I am Confusing as well, why the $2.75 is not the bottom of the price? Does not the instutional investor buy 40M Shares @2.75 for making profit or lifting the SP?
