No. Only if something material was omitted from prospectus, which is not the case. The deal is done and THTX gets all the money next week at closing.

At this stage I have only 2 options Go unto  the depression stage or jump over to acceptance,,,,,I remember about a year ago I predicted what happened this week .......and I did not sell.So lets move on,,,,,I was never a big fan of Dubuc and in my mind he does not belong in the team,,,,If you want  the company to be in the majors the C suite needs to be composed of major leaugue players

Last trade now at $2.33 on about 16,000 shares. That is disconcerting for sure. Not sure how the deal could fall through as it is a bought deal and the mechanics of that have already been explained. But I suppose there could be more shares that need to be placed, although that also s eems highly unlikely as one of my contacts at one of the brokers involved said he got only a small percentage of

We know that would be the death knell for them ever going to market again and they appear to need to in about 3 years time unless things change a lot on the revenue side. You'd also lose those 3 bankers if you ask them to distribute to their clients and then you pull the rug out.  You have to have good news coming to interest new investors, not bad news.  This is just those retail

If they are really good long-term holders then they won't sweat this. Likely, a large chunk was taken by these long-term holders but a part was taken in order to make a quick buck. The quick buck makers seem to be out of luck for now.
