Dubious deal?
I am simply an average retail investor that just took a big hit thanks to this dubious deal, so unless we find out soon that there was a justifiable reason for what appears on the surface to be a VERY poor deal, I would like to ask the experienced people on this board if we should consider contributing to a fund that would pay to investigate this….Could it be possible that there was some sort of backroom deal here that threw us under the bus and lined some pockets?.....I really have no clue as this is way over my skill set but thought it should be at least debated….If this is out of line, my apologies as I am stuck in the denial/anger phase.

LOL its callled a lawsuit not a fund, and Ive been calling for this for over a year now, these are incompetant people running this company.
