Getting a Green Light rather than a Yellow Light from FDA
is a pre requisite IMO before management can go all out on attracting Institutions and major players

I think it would be closer to the truth to say the light is just a lighter green, not yellow. The FDA has approved a phase III NASH trial and just has some additional guidnace they want to give. At least that is the impression management has left with the way they have described it.

The fact there is room to argue the colour of the light is the issue.

Fda requesting a Meeting to discuss questions and commentson certain aspects of the proposed trial design is not a Green Light ,,,,,at most it would be a Flashing Yellow Light

I am 80% there but the market is not even cloise to that ,,,,maybe even lower than 15-20% Going from such low confidence to 100% will be a market mover

Well, I have been a THERA shareholders for more than 10 yrs. This time, I lost confidence in its BOD and management. I will vote, if having an opportunity, to reject the entire BOD, for selling out shareholders down the river. Now, let's see whether this BOD will grant themseves cheap options based on the current price.
