I spoke with the CFO shortly after the deal was announced. I probably was unable to hear much of anything he might have been saying to me as I was aghast at what I had just read. He also was not saying much as he knew I would be very upset. I applaud him for even answering the phone. The pernicious effect of including   warrants in Units sold  to retail buyers had to  be known by Dubuc......This explains the trading since the Offering ,,,,The good part is the volume is declining so the number of Unit Buyers interested in just     keeping the warrant  at a very low cost seem to be close to ending,,,,I expext though there will be another

I think they now should see why we all are upset with this deal.  Instead of using the huge positive developments and a future offering to build up solid long-term demand for the shares via a new investment audience created in US and Canada, it's done nothing but create no new demand and a lot of new selling pressure. They need a Board member who is saavy and clever about dealing with

On the surface that connection between Dubuc and NBF appears to be at least questionable with this deal…. I try to only engage counsel as a last resort, however, this does seem like a time to consider it if only to put our minds at rest that nothing inappropriate happened behind the scenes here, or potentially a worse revelation that the people in place here will continue to make poor financial

Doesn't exist not only with shareholders but the markets, lack of transparency and and a solid straightforward communication only hurt the stock, their shareholders and make this company less reliable as an investment.

Potential timeline for submission, potential revenue, potential timeline for program's analysis of interim data.., No wonder they are followed by huge amount of investors. It's hard not to be followed when they frequently update the marker, nobody goes to jail by being transparent and feed their investors with the company's progress step by step.

Can you imagine TH taking questions and comments from ordinary investors right now. Wishful thinking but will never happen with this company even if things are good.

I did suggest that among other things to Leah, point is they are doing the exact opposite other well valued companies are doing and the results are the exact opposite, a undervalued company.
