I dont think he saw the tsunami coming ,,,
He is a top notch CEO with great competence in all aspects of an operating and R&D company except financing and he learned the hard way,,,,I am interested and anxious to see how he will react....New broom sweeps clean !!!!

He has a lot of experience. I am sure he knows everything that can impact SP. If not we dont have the right CEO. But he can still take action to sweep clean. Some are saying there was no better deal on the table. That is the point. TH can only blame themself for their strategy or their absence of strategy.
