They apparently wanted new shareholders as "too many of big shareholders are posters on this board". So this was a lazy way to raise funds and get new investors. I try move on from the deal but since people bringing it up how is that current royal long term investors are all of sudden a threat to the company? They could find those investors by actively marketing the company! May I

Why screw over your long term investors if they are not actually getting anything from the new investors? They can't even get an accurate report done up from any of the companies who did the new financing. And it appears a good number of them were happy to unload the shares and just keep the warrants.

That is the problem some 6 million shares with attached warrants have been handed to traders( not investors), with the low daily volume it will take a long time before those trades(shares and warrants) get absorbed by the market and meanwhile the leadership  seems to be happy not to making any meaningful efforts to market the company so at least a portion of those traders stay put.

Almost every aspect of this offering can best be described as a dumpster fire. And it was possible to do an offering well. It just didn't happen. To do the offering well would have taken more foresight than has been demonstrated and less panic. You would have needed to develop an attractive narrative about TH and sell it to both retail and institutional investors. The narrative would have

Taking into account the latest hurdle and the possibility that management might not use the best strategy, what do you expect for us ( old and new shareholders ) for the short term , lets say the first half of 2021; some improvement or more of the same?

Unless they have a change of heart and starting promotional efforts in the short term only good results from oncology will move the stock, in the medium term end of 2021 start of 2022 with more good results from oncology and start of NASH possibly not only US but Europe even a "momentum killer company" can't stop the stock from rising to possible all time high imo. Thank you Scarlet, So averaging down, waiting for the medium and long term seems to be a sensible strategy at this point ; the shares are cheap.

This is my opinion only and I am not giving any financial advices but as you have been reading what has been said here all of us although having different opinions re how the company should run their business have one thing in common we are still invested in the company (otherwise we wouldn't be here) therefore we are still believing the company is a good investment.

Mr spceo is this not precisely why we on this message board need to band together and elect new board members? As the saying goes if nothing changes then nothing changes... Or keep doing what you have been doing keep getting what you have been getting.

I am not there yet and likely will not get there. But there are enough other shareholders on this board that you could band together and call a special meeting without me if you desired to do that. As Jeff poiinted out, you only need 10% of the shares to call a special meeting. The company might be wise to just have a conference call with interested shareholders to discuss the situation. even if this is true about bad news coming in the future they could have taken maximum advantage of the momentum caused by the good news of january 7th, and let the stock go up further before making the offer, like that they would have taken full advantage of this opportunity. I think the bad news hypothesis is not true

While we dont know much as to why they agreed  in haste to such a bad deal  I am 100% positive that they were  not aware of bad news as of the Date of Closing

FDA approved first injectable regimen few days ago, I don't suspect that would be classed as bad news as patients have to have low/stable viral loads before using the drug also I am not sure the efficacy wil be as good as current regimen and it seems to have many side effects. Trogarzo is currently used as last line of defence because of long lasting efficacy and very mild adverse effects with

Maybe sales of Trogarzo is so strong there are some big milestone payments coming due.  We can dream.

I dont know how you can come up with the possibility of material undisclosed bad or good  news,,,,NOPW THAT CANT BE The GOOD news was announced on January 7 th ,,,,period.....!!!! Of course material news either bad or good will be announced for sure in the future What we dont know yet is the reasoning behind thw  decision to go ahead  NUT IT IS NOT RELATED TO UNDISCLOSED NEWS

Here's another place where the dilution stings.  A month ago 10% of the shares was ~7.8 million ... now it would require greater than 10 million.  Sad ...     -LT
