I see Dubuc's friends over at NBF are by far the biggest sellers so far this morning. So much for their claim the new investors are in it for the long term.

Don't forget one of the Board members is also a past NBF guy.  Guess they didn't convince them enough.  This is where capitalizing on the news via a bit of PR would be helpful.  Wonder if they understand that in the CFO office?  Get going Dubuc...make up for  your lack of contacts in finance by getting some PR on your side.

Definitely seeing more chunky buy orders popping up at these levels than stock on offer at these levels.  If this kind of interest can keep up throughout the day, it would be nice to see it exhaust all the sellers out there and move it up another level.  Definitely there's interest out there.  Whomever was buying over the last 8 days is happy and probably buying more.  They

Biggest buyer today by a wide margin is CIBC and  has been for the last few months. Their net position is over 2 million shares in the last month. I believe they have the company in one or more of their mutual funds. They were not included in the financing deal. Why include one of your biggest supporters when you have so many friends over at NBF

Yes, his name is Paul Pommier and he is by far the biggest shareholder on the BOD and management of Thera and he bought some more in the last offering. Oh! And by the way, he is a good friend of Luc Tanguay. You know the guy who had the foresshight to buy Katana for a few millions two years ago...

I gotta say, Luc is looking smarter by the day. And I doubt he would have done that deal, at least on those atrocious terms.

it's not grief we need to work through. It's trust in management that they will not continue to make the same mistakes over and over. They haven't learned yet.

This post and your previous one are not on a logical line. The SP is struggling after a great news and you don't understand why the management did the financing without that great news. Today's trading shows how dumb the market is. The FDA is clearly signaling the high potential of the oncology plaform and look at the SP.

In my opinion market isn't dumb on the contrary market is very clever so I wouldn't blame the market for higher SP. The market needs convincing which is the issue with THTX not only for this PR but for any meaningful positive news.

The financing at $3.50 puts a cap on the share price unless the new investors are in it for the long term, which they clearly are not. Any sale above $3.50 is a free ride with the warrants that were given.

  Enough is enough !!!! Jmf does not undetstand that the way the Financing was set up is the one and only cause for the SP not going higher.  This is a result of self inflicted wounds..... The placement of 6 million units was put in the hands of flippers not intetested in owning the stock  but only interested in keeping the warrants at zero or near zero cost ... The law of supply

Well it seems the company is not moving from the very first step and darn right it is slow! When the came out with the deal I wondered how many of the new shareholders would stay put? It looks like a good portion didn't as it seems that lid is still on right? What exactly did company do to convince these new shareholders not selling for a little profit? What/where was their contingency plan to

I am repeating here that Thera as a company has a credibility problem because of a long history of underachievment. They never made it for real. Yes they got approvals from FDA, but always followed by commercial underperformance. It is not the new shinny object with no history. They are like a team that just made the playoffs a couple times in 27 years, only to be thrown out each time in four
