You could have suggest the same deal at 4$ (can) and do the same (actions, initiatives, etc) to bring the share price up without deluting and upset all existing shareholders. I dont think such deal exists,But it is fair to assume that they know that they got a great deal since according to my calculation they not only acquired 3.1 million shares as part of the Units from the Offering they also acquired and additionnal 4.3 million shares in the open market,,,,I dont know for sure if the latter were acquired pre or post Offering but I presume that  was post Offering
