Earnings call suggestion

Thera should use this idea to allow shareholders to submit questions before earnings calls. https://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20210223005125/en/Lemonade-Announces-QA-Platform-For-Shareholders-Ahead-of-Q4-2020-Earnings-Release

That's a great idea I sent it to Leah.

There is a point where you just have to let them do their job.
Comment by scarlet1967 on Feb 27, 2021 11:31am
The idea is not to interfere with them doing their job the idea is for them to do a better job.

This is what happens when one is trying hard to work with incompetent analysts only. Douglas W. Loe, at Leeds Jones downgraded the company to hold from speculative buy.

I know which makes it more difficult to understand, not engaged at all, didn't even bothered to ask questions yet he produced a report based on the PR. Time to bypass the analysts for now as it seems they only adjust their reports after the fact.

Sell side analysts' ratings have been a proven contrarian signal in biotech for some time now.. https://www.cnbc.com/2018/07/02/when-analysts-say-sell-a-biotech-stock-its-time-to-buy.html

Add to that incompetency and lack of engagement, low rating and biased opinion then you end up with folks like Loe and Nash. “We have analyzed the value of sell-side ratings, and whether following them is associated with investment returns,” Cowen’s analysts wrote in their report Monday. “Unfortunately (for our job security and sense of self-worth), we find that over the last four years there was ...more

It is becoming obvious that the analysts are losing relevance. In the US, buy side firms like Soleus are no longer relying as much on the sell side analysts but are doing their own research. The volume we are seeing in TH shares now has little, if anything, to do withh the analysts and everything to do with the new institutions who likely attended last years AACR conference and were impressed by ...more

As per Yahoo finance there are 94M shares outstanding, 71M float and 15.4% held by institutions. I am not sure how accurate the percentage of institutional numbers are or whether they get accurately updated but the percentage have increased slightly since last month and obviously the shares outstanding. It might be a good number to keep an eye on. As per fintel.io:   Institutional buyers ...more

...Sready rise in SP in the last few weeks, regardless of who is behind the increased demand it looks much better now than the historic volume and trading pattern.
Comment by SPCEO1 on Feb 28, 2021 12:37pm
THTX was up 45% in February on very good volume. That is an impressive move given there was not much info coming out of the company to create that volume. The only reasonable conclusion is that those institutions that participated in the offering likely were adding to their holdings. If so, we should see more of them filing their positions with the SEC as Soleus did in the not too distant future ...more

I didn’t know the CC had slides, just listened again, Paul emphasized many times using digital technology/social media going forward will be the new normal for the company reaching out to patients and  my understanding  is that would be the case for the marketing as well. Also as per the image below the NASH phase 3 negotiation is not about going ahead or not but maximize the success ...more

If the image doesn't upload just log in and see all slides if you want to, it says, "Meeting requested with FDA to fine tune protocol, discussion with European authorities in the plans".

Paul did talk about some of the concerns on this board,,Since Leah is very well aware of the questi9ons raised here I think Paul can adress those if he so choses For me the last CC was the best ever .....with more substantive discussions and questions from the analysts ....Add to that 2 or more knowledgeable analysts which finally should happen sooner than later and the need for shareholder ...more
