How is that the board members get rewarded nicely as soon as the SP appreciates from multi year lows yet long term investors who have been through the roller coaster process have to be patient? What was the reason behind the urgency of it?

The exercise price is below the market price ???? Maybe the date the option was granted was not Feb 25 as filed but I dont recall options granted below market  Wino???

That would be my guess too.  This is something from when she joined and the share was much lower.  It's fine to have board members aligned.  It may be that they add this kicker in to keep the cash compensation lower than it would normally be for someone taking the time and minor legal risk (although all insured) of being a board member.  We will know looking at the last
